Superhero Party- mission complete

Goodness, where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday was Little Man’s birthday.

Here’s some pictures…

We first stared out by asking kiddos what it means to be a super hero. The kids brainstormed super hero abilities as well as names and disguises. Then we decorated super hero capes, masks, and wristbands.

And we took the Superhero Pledge.

“I, superhero name,
I have been called by mankind
to use my extraordinary
powers and abilities
to protect the innocent
and to offer
humanitarian service
without expectation of reward.
I pledge to protect all that is good,
respect my parents and siblings,
uphold all laws
and oppose all that is evil.”

oathThe Superheros earned certificates.

Unfortunately, the Superheros did not learn how to web sling since, silly me, I forgot about that activity.  I did plan to do it. What kid doesn’t like silly string from a can?

It was an amazing day spent with those who we love the most!
