Thankful for Eggs

Over the past few months I’ve had fresh eggs delivered to my doorstep. I’ve never had anything delivered before, and I feel privileged to have these free-range eggs in my home.

This week we got a special treat. I told the Neikola, the owner of the hens, how my kids love seeing the occasional feather in the egg cartoon and she added extras. And we also got a pretty blue egg as well! My kids think those feathers are really special and I like the nice little reminder that these eggs actually come from living creatures. What an amazing little gift!
