Thank You! A company who GETS Social Networking!

This is so flipping cool. I received four lovely amaryllis bulbs in the mail as well as a thank you letter from Earlier I created a tutorial that featured their paperwhite bulbs and sent them a link through twitter. They thanked me on twitter and flash forward to today…I got their packaged delivered to my door step.

It’s funny because I’m reading the book Unmarketing by Scott Stratten and is a perfect example of a company who is “unmarketing” and using social networking to it’s advantage. They have engaged me, their customer and now I will shout their praises for all to hear. I’m feeling the love!
